Long Jump: Afterboost and jump at an edge. Get it by Learn Afterboost first. The move is available once that ability is unlocked; it is not a separate level gate. Use it to Look where you want to land before you leave the edge. Coyote time also counts as an edge.

What is Long Jump?

Afterboost and jump at an edge. The jump is the farthest horizontal leap in the base kit and can be held with high jump for more distance. Velocity commits, so you lose air control unless another move changes it. Doing this starts a chain.

Long Jump questions

Do abilities unlock every few levels?

Only some do. Coil is level 2, Dropkick is level 5, and Combo is level 10. Dash, powerslide, dropdown, afterboost, wall boost, and wall kick are challenges. Chain is at the top of Vertigo.
